Sorry I can't help much since I'm not familiar with that stereo. There was a member on here who was very knowledgeable on sound systems. Maybe someone will remember his name. Good luck!

With all the complaints I read about with the Bose /Nav radios, I was pleasantly surprised when I found my car , a 2012, with the upgraded Bose system. Best sounding factory radio I have ever heard.

If you want a good sounding system I recommend replacing your stock radio and speakers with aftermarket.
I replaced my outdated Bose/Nav system with a Kenwood Head Unit, Polk speakers and Rockford Fosgate 10" Subs and it sounds fantastic You know what they say "No highs no lows must be Bose"
When I upgraded my head unit I gained Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, USB inputs and front and rear cameras which keep me from crashing into curbs and cracking my splitter (again)

Really? I have the Bose in my 2009 and it is pretty awful. The Monsoon system in my 2000 Z28 sounded way better.

I agree. The stereos in my old 2004 Mazda 6, and current 2013 Accord, sound much better. However, playing the CD with the Bose system is not horrible. The radio is brutally bad.

Yep, the radio is unlistenable...too muffled and boomy. CDs sound meh. Don't have much good to say about Bose in any capacity.
