Cigarette lighter fuse

I I am trying to remove cigarette lighter fuse how does the black box in under carpet fuse box get removed by squeezing the taps and pulling thanks

Yes, nothing else needs to be removed.

Be patient.

Yes, the fuse box cover can be a pain to remove and reinstall.
