Trying to Find my old 2009 C6 Z06
Car Details:
2009 Z06 1LZ
Silver
ADV Wheels
Caravaggio Seats
Corsa Exhaust
VIN: 1G1YZ25E995109543
Sold in October 2011 (Los Angeles)
Last Known Location: San Francisco?
This might be a shot in the dark, but I figured it was worth a try.
Back in 2011, I sold the car to a couple of guys who said they were starting a performance shop. I got a call a few months later from a gentleman whom I believe said he was in San Francisco with a question about the car and he mentioned it was on a lot up there. I can't find anything on this car after that and the trail goes dark. I've already searched for the vin and can't find anything.
It is a very unique 2009 C6 Z06 with concave five spoke ADV wheels and Caravaggio seats. I attached some pics in the hopes that someone has either seen the car online or in person somewhere. Any leads would be much appreciated!
In a perfect world, I would be able to buy it back at some point. Just looking to drop the current owner a line and let him know if he ever wants to sell to call me. Thanks Guys!

IIRC while a CarFax doesn't list owner names, it does list where it's been since you owned.
IDK what CF charges, isn't that much; however, would be worth a try.
Looks to be a beautiful build just the way you wanted.
I'd want it back, too.
G/L, check CF.

According to this site, sold in 2017, with 27k miles on it. Unfortunately, no other info: https://www.vehiclehistory.com/vin-r...ifieds-records
I would think Carfax or Autocheck might at least let you know where it is, but probably not who the owner is.

I'll try to make an analogy.
So say you divorce your wife. After two years dating, having freedom, and hopefully sleeping around, lol, are you still missing your ex-wife? Are you Facebook stalking her? I don't care how hot your ex-wife is, are you going to want to go back to her. You don't know how many miles or how she's been ridden. lol
The answer is no. You move on, find a younger girl, (in this analogy ~ car) and drive the **** out of the new car.
