FWIW: I just checked the last pictures posted by the OP and they were blurry for me for a moment also. I usually check images for size when a page takes forever to load. Nowadays everybody posts phone pix and they are huge. Regular cameras also take huge pictures for 99% of the people using them. I *never* send or post huge pix; I always reduce them to whatever fits comfortably.
At any rate, the above mentioned pix are ".png" format. Most are ".jpg"s that I happen to check and they look different when downloading (decompressing) than the .pngs do. There is no size given for those pix so I don't know how big they are, but I'm betting they're huge and that's why the blurry problem for some (probably those of us who have slow DSL speeds).
Random thoughts: If you watch what (most likely) is a jpg appearing, it starts from the top and goes down in several waves, each wave increasing the resolution from the previous pass. The large pngs here started out with the whole image -- which was way blurry -- then became less blurry until it was finished loading.

No, it is not legal everywhere. In Illinois there are NO frames that are strictly legal but a lot of people have frames and the police know the politicians who write such laws are brain dead so I have never seen it enforced. Personally I have a clear cover with chrome bolts to match silver and chrome car. I think it makes washing easier.
