Does this sound like a battery issue?
Yesterday I noticed my driver side window not going all the way up after closing the door. As if someone turned that 'setting' off. So i reset it, opened it then closed it and that was that.
This morning I drive to work, park and let it sit for about 15 minutes (car is still warm) before having to leave real quick. This time, it hesitates to start. Not a clicking sound, it's actually trying to turn over. 3 times i hear it trying and nothing happens. Press to start again, hear it trying to turn over then it starts.
I go to where i need to, park, come back out 5-10 minutes later and i notice the driver side window issue again coupled with it hesitant to start. This time it took me 3 times pressing the button to get it to start up.
My battery is sitting somewhere in the 12-13v range so i don't know if it could be related to that or not.

Certainly sounds like a battery issue. Get it load tested to be sure. I had a new 6 month red top, and it went bad on me with no advanced warning.
If the battery tests good, then look at the battery connections, those at the starter as well, and go from there.
Good Luck

That is the exact time to pop hood up and check battery Volts with a DVOM. Should show somewhere around 12.5-12.66V. Fully charged is 12.66V. If it shows below 12.00volts your battery is way low. When I first got my C6 I was sitting in it fooling around with all the options, playing radio for about an hour. Next day mine wouldn't start, just clicked, battery connections were clean, starter cable was clean, put my DVOM across Bat terminals and it showed 11.7 V. All my fiddling around drained the battery as I did not start car and drive it afterwards. If your Bat shows close to 12.5 or 12.6 it may not be the battery.
