Im assuming you have your seat memory settings to DRIVER #1. Look on the back of the FOB you use - does it have a #2 on the back? That means that the #2 FOB will set the seat, and mirrors to the #2 memory setting automatically - which Im assuming is different than your #1 settings.

If you have (2) FOBs - switch to the #1 FOB and you will not have this issue. If you only have that #2 FOB, then program the #2 memory setting to how you like it and you will not have that issue again.

Why dont you reset BOTH settings to seat and mirror settings that are WAY off from where you want them to be and set the memory for #1 and something totally different for #2 - and see if the new settings hold. My buddy had to do this once before and resetting them in very different positions (seats and mirrors) then resetting back to where you want them, did the trick... Are you sure those are the original keys? Maybe you should reprogram the FOBs to the car...

Then neither fob was programmed to the car as fob #1 or fob #2. Doesn't matter what number is etched on the fob, it's how it was programmed to the car. Only fobs programmed as #1 or #2 can have access to the memory options.

As Mayor111 mentioned above, you may need to reprogram the fobs to the car.
