Default Rocker protectors

When I bought my 07 Base, I got these with it. They are supposed to be some sort of speed bump protecter. Anyone know for sure or how they attach?

Take a look at theses pictures from Google - they will help, I have them and they save your Vette from extremely high parking lot speed bumps and drive ways etc.

The EE version had built-in lift pads and are anodized. They typically use sheet metal screws and attach to the frame which creates a corrosion point for the frame.
