Cincinnati recommendations
Hey all,
I’m in a small pickle... Recently moved to the Queen City and developed an oil leak on my ‘12 Centennial Edition Grand Sport M6. I’m looking for a reputable dealer with certified Corvette Mechanics. I have a GMPP and am hoping for warranty work to be done. Any suggestions in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area for quality work?
Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!

Hey man. Welcome to the natty. I have a gs as well and when it comes to factory stuff google Danny Papp. He works for McCluskey Chevrolet. He has worked on mine and also races them. Just google him and you’ll see what I mean.

McCluskey has been recommended to me also but I have never had to use them yet. I know they have at least 1 other 'vette certified tech on staff. If you are in N KY I would not recommend Tom Gill.

I've seen Danny Popp's name before on these pages by "starr1" several years ago, so he is well-recommended. Plus, for information it is "Popp" for his last name unless Lingenfelter got it wrong..
Here's a write up on him on Lingenfelter's website. https://www.lingenfelter.com/blog/tag/danny-popp/

Welcome to Cincinnati!! I use McCluskey Chevrolet in the Kings auto mall, I am not sure but I think Danny Popp works at another location, but I highly recommend Larry, the tech at Kings. He is the only vette tech there so it does take about a month to get in. (summer) It may not take long to get in this time of year!
