Betting a tensioner, IIRC bearings dry out, first sign's a racket.
Cheapest first, if belts are new replace tensioners & if noise persists then HB.

Mine wobbles about as much as yours - 2005 53K miles. I've been checking the alignment between the inner and other rings and its always the same in the same places (marked with a paint pen) .

In my experience they seem to fail between the inner and outer rings as the rubber insert loses adhesion to the inner and outer metal rings. (Some people say that the HB bolt comes loose, I suppose that's possible but in my case it was extremely tight.)

Here's mine that I did 2 years ago ('98 vette ~90K ), the outer ring went backwards and hit the timing chain cover.

If you think the pulleys might be making the noise, then you can try removing the A/C belt first to see if the noise goes away. If it does, then it may very well be the idler or tensioner pulley for the A/C. If the noise still exists, then it may be the idler or tensioner pulley on the main drive. The belt and pulleys are very easy to change yourself. Here is a video I made of the process:

I will disagree with the majority of people here and say yes the pulley is wobbling. Mine looked just like that and I was having squeak issues. I had a new one installed and there is no question whether or not there's wobble, because there is none. The new pulley looks like it's not even moving, where yours definitely has some shake to it.

Default Fix

Turns out it was the Harmonic Balancer.

Here is an approximate cost of the repair:
R&R Harmonic Balancer- $135 balancer, $31 crank seal, $40 ARP crank bolt, $10 pin kit, $915 labor** = $1,131 plus tax on parts

**Labor costs can vary. In my case the labor also included replacing the following items: R&R Belts and Pulleys- $54 main belt, $38 AC belt, $109 main tensioner, $84 main idler, $146 AC tensioner, $0 labor (included in harmonic balancer R&R) = $431 plus tax

Thank you all for your input & suggestions.

No chance you're doing it yourself? I mean, that's a hefty labor bill...

It is a big job, no doubt about it. But... if you can do the work and have the tools, it's a pretty nice payday for one day's time.

You're definitely right! I didn't feel comfortable doing a big job like that on my own. I should've clarified though that the labor included:

R&R Belts and Pulleys- $54 main belt, $38 AC belt, $109 main tensioner, $84 main idler, $146 AC tensioner, $0 labor (included in harmonic balancer R&R) = $431 plus tax

There is something to be said for just having the job done... I did mine at work where I've got space, tools, a machine shop and extra hands. The R wasn't so bad, but the &R was pretty much impossible by myself. Getting thins apart was no big deal. The actual balancer change was no big deal. Getting the rack back in I simply could not do by myself. I had to have one extra set of hands to get the rack mounts past the frame opening at the same time I had the tie-rod fighting me at the other end. Aside from that one item, I was able to do the job by myself.

If you don't have the tools, there are probably not many folks are gonna tell you that paying to have it done is the wrong choice. I have the equipment to make tools on the fly when needed, so I tend to take on stuff that others might be happier just letting someone else do it. And on top of that, if I don't have my car for a few days it's not a big deal.

What $135 Balancer were you suggested to pin?
