Who changes there own oil

I changed oil for pay as a lad....now I make too much to change it for myself. Not economically feasible. I have a sweet deal at a quick change owned by a person I've known for 40 years..I roll over one his pits, hand him mobile one oil and Delco filter and roll out and out 10 minutes later after I hand him 15 bucks. He touches nothing I don't want him too is really careful and the pit is corvette friendly and I save money buying my own oil and no disposal.... Trust has value.
The only thing I ever let him add is washer fluid which I never use in the Vette. I do in other vehicles and wife does in hers. So he knows to be very careful and touch nothing unless I specifically ask him too...

I usually change my own. I especially do now since I have to remove the top portion of my valve cover to access the oil cap and I'm not trusting a shop to do it

Melting Slicks
Euro blend 0-40. It contains the much needed Zinc additive
And if I’m going to track it, I don’t have change oil for high duty use then drain it when I’m done. Most people use a higher weight oil for track racing then drain when done and put 5-30 bacK

But unless you croak in the middle of the night at home, that's ^ ^ probably what will happen.
It's so much fun getting old.
