That must throw you back in your seat at only 1/2 throttle! Beautiful car.

I have seen the covers look good on some things like a ford explorer or a truck sometimes, if they have big brakes, but they do fit weird on the corvettes.

Burning Brakes
I had the covers on my '13 Mustang GT and I had nothing but fitment issues & lets just say they're not super pretty... I ended up going with a GT500 Brembo brake kit anyways, so they were ditched.
I have a base also w/o colored calipers - and I'm thinking about pulling them off and having them power coated next winter.

Welcome to the fun! Your purchase sounds very familiar Mine had 40k on it at purchase but also has longtubes, BB X pipe, and BB Fusion axleback. Otherwise.....

The instant power is tons of fun for a daily driver. Be sure to check the supercharger lid bolts. They are known to come loose. Pull them and add a little blue loktite then retorque to 8 ft/lbs. I bought mine last March and put almost 10k on it before winter hit. I learned about the lid bolts over the winter and did them this morning after getting the car out of winter mode. At least 3 were able to be turned with my fingers.
Also, you will be reading a lot of realcanuk posts in the future. He really pushed the E-Force to the max and has tons of insightful posts through the years
