Loose rattling Euro lift pucks
I received my Euro lift pucks today and went to put them on and after they snapped in they were loose. I can tell they are going to rattle and make noise. I thought they would sit snug. Is that the way they are supposed to fit?

there ar a couple of things that you can do to stop the plastic rattle. First is to use silicone like RTV around the edge to bond them to the frame rail. Next is to use self stick velcro which will provide a cushion between the puck and frame rail which will also tighten them up. I have used both methods and either works well.

A little too late since you already bought the plastic ones, but the Dewhel aluminum jack pucks on Amazon for ~$40 are a significant upgrade over the plastic pieces. For yours though, have you tried a little adhesive/silicone caulk? That might solve your rattling issue.

Better to have lifting pucks be the lowest point rather than the fully-painted, easily-cracked, bonded-in-place rocker/door jambs. I've gone over speed bumps - very slowly - and just kissed the lifting pucks; if they weren't there, it would have been bodywork touchdown instead.

You can get magnetic pucks from GM and they will never move or get loose

Just my .02, but the slots that the pucks go in are called T-hook fittings, and are used by tow truck drivers to winch your car up on to a flatbed. If you silicone the pucks in those holes and need to have your car towed you may have a problem.

If using silicone, or similar RTV product, I think it would be an easy pull-off...I agree however that if one used a construction grade adhesive you’d probably need the proverbial BFM to remove them. I have the dewhel pucks in mine and I carry an Allen wrench in the car in case they ever have to be removed. Takes only a few minutes to remove them...

Usually tow truck drivers use nylon straps to pull the car up from the lower control arms on the rear. I don't know how you would use the frame rail T-Hooks to load a Corvette on a flatbed.

I drove a wrecker for years, you never want to pull from the suspension, only the frame.
