Default Hight Temp not fan

Hello
Today i see that the coolant temp is high 210-230F (100º-110º) in a short and very calm trip, i check if i can hear the fan and i cant, using the mobile i check that not work , i check the connector and it is ok, the fuse is ok, later i try turning on the A/C the fan work.

Now i dont have idea that what could be the next step to check.

Thanks

Those are normal operating temps, and your fans aren't on all of the time. Sounds like everything is working normally to me unless you hit temps higher than that.

Look thru the front grill and see if plastic trash bag or other debris is stuck to radiator, could cause high temps but yours aren't that bad really.

I usually don't watch my coolant temps, but my oil temps hardly ever get over 215F on the street. So I would guess you're your fine.

You may not "hear" the fan come on as it's a variable speed functioning type, so as the cooling temps get greater, and/or the ac high side discharge pressures increase, the fan speed increases in proportion to the demand. If your careful, just put your hand behind the fan and you should feel the air flow. Better yet get a powerful light and look at the fan blades spinning.
