Sirius XM up for renewal, what is the best deal now?
Subscription up for renewal this month has anyone renewed at a really good rate? I was on a 6 month subscription for about $35.00.

This is exactly what I have paid for the next 6 months I don’t think that they’ll go lower than that

I just renewed an expired subscription for $6.22 per month and that price is good for a year. That is with taxes and fees included and they charge my card monthly, I can cancel at any time

you can get the $39/6 month any day of week. I just renewed one of my vehicles for 85.65/year. It's worth it to me to pay a couple of dollars more per year for my sanity of dealing with XM. I wouldn't advise auto deduct because once the card is on file it will be charged full rate on expiration and anyone who says different is in denial.

Sirius XM just had a deal in Canada for C$5.00 a month for 1 year. This did not include the $1.14 per month royalty fees. I just renewed for 6 months for the same price.
C$6.14 /mo
C$6.14 /mo

I'm waiting for the summer to get my two free months from my ins co (liberty mutual). I could activate it anytime just by pushing the button in the part of the e-mail you can't see.

Retired & lovin' it!
6 mos. for $33 plus tax. Oddly, the agent offered me a full year for $72 plus tax......asked her why not $66 & she didn't have an answer. Guess they all just follow the script.
I keep a note on my calendar to call & cancel when the 6 months are up (before they stick you with a full price renewal) & then get the "promo" rate again.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I called them and got 6 months for $37.38 including taxes and royalties. That was the best I could do after about 15 minutes on the phone. Thanks to all.

I downloaded the app to my phone and use my Bluetooth to stream my music. I pay $7.78 for 6 months and will renew at a slightly higher rate. I can use the app anywhere through my phone and I am not restricted to my car. I got rid of all the "in-car" subscriptions and saved over $100!
I admit, this is only good if you have Bluetooth capability...

I just renewed for the 3rd straight time for $38 including fees for 6 months. They never have been able to come off $114 for a year. I asked them “why not, do the math?”. They just say the best they can do is $114 fees included.
Oh well, 6 months at a time even though it’s a pain in the rear.

I was a XM subscriber for years, but I finally got tired of having to negotiate the best deal every time I had to re-new. I ended up cancelling them and getting a Pandora Plus subscription on my phone and then listening over Bluetooth. At $4.99/month it's cheaper and a lot less hassle.
