I bought our C6 about a year ago and really paid no attention to the Sirius outside of the fact the subscription had expired. I went online to Sirius and they offered 3 months free with no credit card needed.

Turn on Sirius, tune to channel 0 and your ID will come up, it may take a minute as it cycles through other messages. Back to the website, entered the ID, my email and Bingo. Three months free.

Just thought I'd mention it.

Makes you wonder how long an account has to be inactive to qualify... $6, less than a beer at a baseball game!!

Did you have a account with them, I have been with them for years, I have five vehicles and they will not discount them, I have tried to reason with them saying my wife and I can only at best listen two tow radios at the best, the other three aren't being used, so we dropped down to the two most used vehicles. I only listen to one channel ever #16. It's nice to not hear commercials or some DJ yapping, but the down side of it is in the Northeast we have dead spots.

Based on my recent experience with them $30 for 6 months seems to be their ongoing offer, with fees and taxes just about what you paid. Not a bad deal...

Thanks for the heads up I am eligible! I will wait for the summer driving season along with another two month promotion I have from my ins co. Looks like five free month coming up!
