so I just bought my first Corvette a few days ago and was wondering if anyone knows what it means on the 2007C6 on the right side of the steering wheel when you push the options button the display says options unavailable is there anyway to reset these options or what does that mean ?

If your fob has been programmed as fob # 3 or # 4 the option button will not work.

The C6 can accept up to 4 fobs. Fobs number 1 and 2 can access the options. Fobs 3 and 4 can’t be used to access options. It doesn’t matter what number is printed on the fob. It’s the order they are programmed to the car. You can follow the fob programming procedure to reprogram the fobs or take them to the dealer to have them reprogrammed.

Does your fob look like this? If not that is your problem. If you have aftermarket key fobs they were probably programmed after the two originals which in that case they wouldn't work the option buttons.

The number that your current fob that you got into the car with is programmed as may show a message on the DIC when you start the car. If it does and it's not "Driver #1" or "Driver #2", I'd go ahead and get both of them reprogrammed as fob #1 & fob #2. That reprogramming also deprograms any old fobs that may have been lost, stolen, or left behind.

They work the same way, but the pic you posted is for a 2008 or newer C6. GM was going to introduce the new fob for model year 2007, but changed their mind and didn't introduce it until model year 2008.
