Default Exhaust valve ?

does the toggle switch mod only give you the option of open all the time or closed all the time, or in the closed position will the valves still open at 3500rpm?

Ok thanks for the replies. It’s a z06 that I put a catback without valves on 10 years ago when I bought it, and now went to a fusion because I’m taking some long trips in it this summer. Didn’t want the valves not to open at all on one of the settings. Thanks again
