Its take your Vette to work Friday
I love taking my Vette to work on Fridays. If you're taking your Vette to work this Friday, post a picture or two here.
See if the boss will let you leave early, then take the long, scenic way home and start the weekend off the right way.
If you are self employed, grab a Starbucks, take the scenic drive there AND back and leave whenever the hell you feel like it!
Either way... Enjoy!

What's this work thing you speak of? I've been retired for a little over 2 years, so anytime I want to drive the Vette is the right time to drive it. Enjoy your drive today!

HAHAHAHA - all these retiree's! congrats! you made it out alive! Unfortunately, I have 20+ years before I can consider retirement. If I even live that long (ya never know!!) However, with the way things are going I'm not sure I'll be able to retire since the cost of everything will be skyrocketed by then, health insurance will be non-existent, and SS will be drained! I'd have to have $1,000,000 in an account so I could live off the interest. unfortunately, I never had a job with a pension. the few that HAD them, did away with them just before I was hired. LOL
But all is good and I'll do what I can to prep the best I can.
On a happier note...... I drive my vette to work every chance I get!!!
Happy Friday!!!

Let's see some of those photos! If your retired, you should have a plenty of time to post a picture! HaHa!
How about a picture with you standing next to your baby!
It's 5:30am on the West Coast and its too early to fire mine up. But as soon as I get it out of the garage, Ill post up a photo.

Drove mine around for fun this week on a non-Friday. Then tightened up the rear axle nuts and changed the diff lube, so had to go drive it again for fun to a restaurant. No more clicky noises from rear end, yay!
Can't drive it to work 'cause I don't have to do that anymore, double-yay! Instead, drove it up to the boat on Thursday, which is way slower through the corners than C6. Used a piece of sandpaper and a paintbrush on the boat, does that count as driving the Corvette to work on Friday?
Not sure how you guys find the time for J O B all week, let alone just Fridays...

Retired from Air Force 12 years ago, retired from second job a little over 5 years ago. Sitting in garage today, but will making the 189 mile round trip to Vegas next Monday and Friday; weather has been great, so I'll be taking it both days.
