Default who's gonna watch the 24 at Le Mans

only a few days before the start of the greatest most iconic race of the year, i would love to see the yellow Corvette beat the competition for the last time in their front engine configuration. Best of luck to team Corvette Racing, Go JAKE Go !!

I'll be watching. I agree a win would be a fitting way to retire the iconic front engine V8 monster.

I probably will. But, it will be nothing like being there. I went to the La Mans race with the Corvette Museum tour in 2017.

How was the NCM trip?

Normally watch it all, but I've got some obligations, so I'll be in and out over the weekend. Feel free to join the conversations we'll have in the autocross/road race section of the forum.

I'll be hosting my usual 24 Hours of LeMans get together. Every year I invite 5 or 6 like minded gearheads over to watch the race and compete with each other on my race simulator. Some of us do manage to stay awake for the whole thing... usually dependent on the amount of adult beverages consumed. Seems like the Corvette teams have got a good car and a more competitive BoP package this year. GO CORVETTE!!!

We always watch it. And if I do doze off the DVR is a good backup.

I'll be watching. Last chance for the C7R. Although I can't wait to see what the C8R is going to look like.

Will be watching. Hopefully the current BOP will give us a fighting chance. The guys will have to be almost perfect to pull it off.

tradition for to do the 24 hours, best race event in the world. I've only been once but would love to go again. Ive been to Petit, Sebring, Daytona, Watkins, all the big enduro races in the US, nothing compares, Sebring is the closest. But US lets you get into garage areas and at LeMans you cant get near them. Glad MotorTrend is covering entire event w/o having to change stations.

I'll be watching checking in along the day. I DVR the whole race but can't sit that long, nor spend all Saturday in front of the TV. Never been to LeMans but have done Petit and Sebring (along with RA and COTA sprint races). Go Corvette Racing!!!

From Sebring this spring:

I watch every year if I can stay awake the entire race, I also have the DVR going. I wish they would come back to the COTA racetrack.

I'll watch bits & pieces. Our forecast looks fair so no way I'm staying glued to the boob tube for 24 hours. DVR will catch more for backup. Still haven't gotten through the Canadian GP.

I remember when ABC Wide World of Sports was going to show the start live but the Telstar satellite feed failed.
