In my life, I have been contaminated with chicken pox, measles, strep, and many other maladies. One, however, seems to recur frequently, and at the craziest times. I am referring to the "related thread" original thread contamination. It seems like this illness struck our board fairly recently. It causes my computer to jump from a well-ordered reading of posted answers to a cyber-frenzy of 379 freshly inserted, general posts that really DON'T pertain to the OP, and create such a jumble of trash that I have a hard time picking up where I was reading, or finding the "real" reply box for the original post.

Has anyone else been struck by this illness? If so, is there a cure, or must I continue searching and whining through infinity, or the end of my life, whichever comes first?
