I bought mine in December on this same deal. There are three boxes. Two weigh ~80lbs each and one for the hydraulic unit that weighs around 40lbs.
The UPS guy absolutely HATED delivering the thing though. He was bitching non-stop as he hauled all three boxes up the incline into my garage. I gave the guy a Coke Zero from the fridge.
These work great by the way.

I bought one, set it up, lifted the Vette, put her down, boxed it all up, shipped it back. Going to purchase a two-post lift instead. I was not impressed with the quality or safety.

Mine works great. Lifts all our cars including a small SUV. Built solid. Safety/Quality is NOT an issue.

With a membership the 5000SLX Set was $1,088 including tax and shipping, from CA to CO. These things are a little involved, was planning on getting them set up this weekend ... but other things to do-- and still reading the manual. Was going to use them at my hangar, but here at home would be convenient, as well. Tools, hydraulic fluid, air compressor - Check.

Safety? I've owned mine since last year and it feels plenty solid. If used as directed there should not be any issues. Love the versatility and portability. Recommended.

This was simply my experience. Clearly, there are many who love the unit. I’m very glad that Costco accepted my return. And, very happy that so many are enjoying the product. I respect Bendpak and wish them all the best. I have my eyes on one of their two-post models. The Quickjack just isn’t for me.

I finally had a chance to set up my new QuickJacks this week. They are somewhat involved, requiring at least a bike tire pump and some ATF. I have a compressor here at home, and actual hydraulic fluid for my log splitter. Got the units put together and the air bled out last night, and today aligned them and got the car lifted up for the first time.
I really like them. Perhaps there are quality variances between the different models/sizes. These 5000 types are great. They lift my '07 Base like it's not even there. The First Lock (lower) position is great for work under the hood. It's really bad for my back to bend over such a low-slung car to simply clean the engine, or whatever. And a brand new mechanic's Creeper works well under the car in the Second (Higher) lock position. But don't tell the manufacturer that I'm using these things outside, in my driveway. The manual says this is prohibited.
This model of Corvette seems rather easy to work on. I enjoy doing the maintenance myself, and these QuickJacks make it possible to do so much more of the work required. I'm planning on changing the transmission fluid soon. And ... there is always the possibility of an aftermarket exhaust ...
