Default Side airbag and lumbar support

After getting my new seat covers on, I reinstalled the seats back in the car, but the lumbar doesn't work on either seat now. It's a 2007 base with side airbags.I checked both fuse boxes and I don't have a power lumbar fuse. I see earlier models had a fuse. I reached under the seat and disconnected the power supply and reconnected the wires and still nothing. I'm thinking the people who put the seat covers on, missed something. I'm going to undo the seats and check for a loose wire or maybe something that's not connected. Will the airbag fuse on the passenger side deactivate the side airbags or is it just the steering wheel? I want to leave power to the seats so I can check the wiring, but I don't want to set the airbag off. TIA.
