Default Water in c6 rear c6 hatch

I have water helping into my hatch. Under the carpet and pooling. I think I found the leaks. This seal behind the fender. I have no idea how to fix this.

Any help is appreciated.

First thing is to remove the rear fender inner liner to get a good look at the leak source. Once you find the problem area, then you can clean it up, then seal it with clear or black silicone sealant. Once dried, that stuff will never allow any water to penetrate again.

I've never looked to see how hard the sealant is in the leak area in the hatch, but it may be possible to remove and refill with a sealant like silicone from the hatch area.

Personally, I would check out from the outside and seal from there.

Good luck
