Need an assist..... Fuse or Relay fault?

'05 Z51 Coupe AT - my 4-way flasher function and the power outlet in the center console > do not work. Location and number of fuses or relay 'help needed' and appreciated.

Look at my parasitic drain posts from today and yesterday. There are fuse block diagrams located in these posts.

Also will mention that horn from steering wheel does not honk, but the horn does honk when locking the car...
