I just had Jim's recalibration installed on my 2009 Coupe yesterday at Doug Rippie Motorsports in Waverly, MN and all I can say is WOW! What a difference this simple upgrade makes to the ride and handling of my car. I had been fairly (meh...) about the F55 option since I bought the car over 10 years ago as I really couldn't tell any difference between tour and sport modes. The ride is so much more accomodating and supple and I am so happy that I pulled the trigger on the upgrade.
Jim was/is a pleasure to deal with and was always prompt in his correspondence. A special shout out to DRW as well for their fast turnaround and quality install. Todd at DRW is the best!

I did it myself a few months ago, really is amazing what a difference. If you’re mechanically inclined it’s not hard to do at all. Jim will send you one, swap it out and send the original back and you’re set. Great guy to deal with!
