I hope this falls under "No such thing as a dumb question..." Is this a mic on the drivers side A Piller of 2012 Grand Sport, it has 1LT so this car does Not have factory Bluetooth, and if so, can it be connected and used for an aftermarket multimedia head unit with Bluetooth etc? Or would a new mic install be better?

That's where the mic is for my factory Bluetooth in my 2010. Is there an icon on the steering wheel for activating voice commands?

Also a mic for OnStar.

I do not have a control on the left side of the steering wheel for bluetooth, I only have a steering wheel control for radio station and volume control on the right side.

Oh, that's probably it. I forgot about Onstar.

or maybe all cars come with this, and is only activated if you have Bluetooth or Onstar.
