Default NPP System Stopped Working

I have checked and removed the NPP fuse under the floorboard of the car. I have replaced it as well, with new ones. The original was not blown. Making my way to the valves, I removed the tubes, connected to the valves, and the left side had minimum vacuum. The right side none at all. From what I have read it seems I should check the solenoid next; I was wanting to make sure because after reading it says that if the solenoid is bad, it would be blowing the fuse. Maybe not.... Any recommendations from anyone who knows more than me? I noticed it went out while driving if that helps.
Unrelated my TPS sensor went out in my back right wheel went out at the same time, if that somehow correlates, thought I would add that because of the timing. I do not believe in coincidence I guess...

I just had the same issue, changing out the solenoid fixed it immediately and it has been good to go since. Took me about half an hour taking my time. I also did not have any blown fuses so take that for what it’s worth.

Pull the passenger side tail light and look in and down.

You will see the cover plate, so remove the winged nut and pull the cover plate

Mine did this a few months ago, I took it out and messed with it, was going to order a new one but figured I would try to reinstall for the hell of it, been working fine since. So check your connections first and make sure it just doesn't need to be cleaned up.
