I sure haven't seen many Supra's around.

Really? I see a couple a week. They're quite popular here in FL, and we had a ton in NC as well. They're not as common as a camry, but I see more Supra's than I see most sports cars. I'd say I see more of them than ss or zl1 Camaros, though not as many as I see mustang GTs. Those are everywhere.

But it’s great that a 08 C6 is faster than a 2020 Supra lol

Melting Slicks
during a recent club drive, i had a supra trailing me through some tight back country twisties.
it couldn't quite keep up with me ( 09 base ) in the turns. in the straights it wasn't even close.
the supra & MX5 ( new miata driver were both impressed with how well the old gal handled.
to them, it is a big car and that seemed to have caught them off guard.
so far, it has come down to my comfort level but, she seems ready and able to stay with the pack.

along with the 08 C6 being faster, i can attest to it being at least as good, if not better handling too.

Us 3 raced (Gallardo, Supra, & my C6)
From a 40 roll I was ahead until about 120 MPH
Then the Gallardo’s V10 started gaining on me,
but the Supra was about a fender behind me the entire race & we ran it 3x with the same result!
Very impressed w/ the performance on a LS3

Exactly, I’m sure the C6 is actually lighter too!
