Default Check your a/c line. Mine was rubbing.

Heads up next time you have your car up in the air.

My 07 lost refrigerant and UV dye check showed a leak at the hard liquid coming out of the bottom right side of the condenser.
Closer look showed that is has been rubbing against the right sway bar frame bracket. Right where the line goes between the bottom radiator hose and that bracket.
The only thing I can see is that when I pulled the sway bar 3 years ago to replace to HB, the enlarged hole in the bracket allowed it to be retightened close to the a/c line and wore through over time.

So I suggest you check the bottom right a/c liquid line coming out of the condenser that travels between the lower rad hose and the sway bar frame bracket. Shove it over if it looks too close.

Good to see you found your problem. You will be needing that A/C real soon!

Yep....no way this fat boy was going to go through a Houston summer without it. Bad part is that my Grand Cherokee has a leak at the same time so lost my alt vehicle.

Nice that parts stores have a loaner vacuum pumps and dye injector tool. Total repair was 44 bucks for line, dye and r134. Wonder what a shop would charge to diagnose and replace that hose?
