Trying to add 09 bi mode axle back to my base auto 05 c6
Sorry for the same questions but can’t seem to find the exact answers. So i have a base 2005 c6 automatic and i installed headers and 3” all the way to the rear but i also have 09 z06 bi mode axle backs to put. Mind you they are 3” over the axle. Can anyone please explain if you’ve done the work to install them instruct me to do so. Do i have to drop the rear sub frame?

No you don’t have to drop the cradle. However the over axle pipes for 05 - 08 are different then 09 - 13. A good muffler shop should be able to help you. The RH pipe is different.
