I did a search for GM 12602863 and it is the Label - Fuel Recommendation and the cost is $11.89. Probably for the fuel cap or inside the fuel door.

^^^ It goes on the inside of the fuel door as a reminder for those owners who want to cheap out and put 87 in their Corvettes

OK, I never use regular fuel, but it's interesting to know, I've always put 91, or 93 octane in all my corvettes, even my 79 L-48, they do run better on premium fuel.
Thank you,

I've got one in my 2010 Grand Sport. Backside of fuel door. Certainly NOT worth $11.89!!!!
