To the OP. I can only comment about my experience with my 2006 Convertible LS2 with manual 6 speed transmission. It is a 3LT with HUD. power top, navigation, Magnetic ride control (F55). It is stock with an aftermarket NXT Step Performance exhaust. This is my favorite and most reliable Corvette to date and I love everything about its performance and overall ride. I drive it daily and have owned it for nearly 2 years (November) and over 18,000 miles. I cannot make one negative comment about my 2006 Corvette/ I don't plan on ever selling this Corvette. I love the Convertible body style best and it is the best looking Corvette I have owned imo. This car is beautiful at any angle.

My previous Corvette was a C5 Coupe LS1 with a manual 6 speed trans and F45 suspension, Kooks LT headers and Magnaflow exhaust that I owned for 13.5 years.. Awesome and reliable car as well but I prefer my C6.

Kenny, I love that MCM hood and if I buy another C5, it would be your Convertible or Larry's Z06.

Keep me in mind.

That is a beautiful car.....you may regret it if you don’t have her anymore.

You may be right but i won't regret it any more than selling my Yenko Nova back in about 1972 ....I paid $4700 for it brand new from a dealership in Virginia Beach Va.. and sold it for $6000....I still have bad dreams about that one...
