The projectors in the stock assembly are not made for LEDs. The best choice I have seen on converting the stock assemblies is to by the projector conversion from sharp light innovations. The other option that many have gone to is buying the Morimoto headlight assemblies. It is a full conversion but look like C7 headlights.
I personally changed the DRL to an all white LED and went with the 6000k hid low and converted the high beam to 6000k hid. Vette Lights is a good source for all lighting.

High beams in 6000K.
Low beams HERE in 6000k.
Fogs HERE in 6000k.
Then see post number 6 in this thread to have your fogs come on when your high beams are on. Talk about a bright road ahead at night!!

Sharp Lights LED projectors for hi & lo beams. LED DRLs too.
Sharp lights LED bulbs for fogs.
Lots of usable 5000k light. Very pleased with the results.
