Default P1516 trouble

So I just bought a 2005 vette and I love it other than the fact that it’s kicking on the reduced engine power. I bought it from a private seller who inherited from her dad. The only code coming up is p1526 for throttle position sensor but the entire throttle body and battery was replaced without fixing the issue. Was wondering if anyone had the same issue and has a possible solution before I take it to the stealership. Thanks!

P1516affects the ECMs ability to control torqueso it tells the EBCM that it cannot perform its part of the Traction Control function, so the EBCM displays the messages you see. To get rid of them you have to solve the P1516 issue.

Which one is the typo? Message title says P1516 but message body says the code is P1526.

Which one is it?

gently unplug the TPS sensor. inspect the wiring make sure it looks good. Clean out both sides with electrical cleaner. re-connect it and make sure it clicks. Also, clean the throttle body plate and throttle body. re-connect intake boot. disconnect battery for 10 minutes. clear DTC code. drive car, see if it comes back. it is possible you may need a new throttle body.

still an issue with tps wiring/throttle body. could also be corroded ground. lastly, could be gas pedal sensor. I would start with TB.
