Hey all,

I installed some new LED bulbs for my tail lights. I now have the hyper flash issue. I have bought a set of 50m resistors for install.

I understand these resistors can get very hot.

Where would be a safe place to mount the resistors ?

I don't want to start my car on fire.

On the metal bulkhead that separates the rear fascia from the trunk/hatch compartment. Directly across from the tail lights.

Sharp Light Innovations makes a plug and play harness for this problem. Not cheap but you don’t have to cut and splice wires. Works as advertised. Quality product..

Here you go: I bought that and a set of red LED bulbs, simple to install, work perfectly, look great.
