I'm less worried about mileage when it comes to drivetrain/motor stuff. Mileage to me is more evident with paint/interior panels/seat condition etc.
If I'm looking for a nice cruiser to enjoy I don't want someone's project car that has been taken apart and messed with, I also don't care to pay the "mint low mileage" prices. Find a good middle ground.
Some cars with 100K mi can look and feel like one with 20K mi.

Caution though with the "garage queens", is that many are not well-taken care of. Meaning many are still on original 13-year old tires, have probably never had the fluids changed, etc. Many don't realize that those items need to be changed based on time as well as mileage, so they figure the car has such low miles, why bother.
The good news is, those things are relatively inexpensive to change.
