Power top on my M3 is 5 times slower than the manual top on my C5. Never once been caught in a rain that I couldn't pull over and put the top up (got to pull over anyway even for a power top...).
C5 top, get out, pop hatch, open up, lock hatch, get back inside (lock both latches from inside)... what... 6 seconds??
Power top is cool... but no big deal either way...
