Remember the IGNORE function.
Just a reminder: if you click on a user name and select "View public profile", a page will come up. The red bar under the user's name will offer you two choices. One will add that person to your buddy list, while the other will add the user to your ignore list. The list can be revised at any time. Putting someone on your ignore list will block all of their posts...you'll see their user name, but no text.
Lately, we seem to be attracting a new batch of jerks who want nothing more than to throw insults at the members of this forum. They may be trolls, they may be people with no manners, they may be sickos. It doesn't matter who they are or what their motives may be, because all you have to do is place them on your ignore list.
When ignored, these people always disappear. Personally, my own ignore list has more than doubled in the last week alone.
