Do you guy's know if the headers that Lou is making for the C6Z06
1 3/4 " or 1 7/8 " ? and are these as good a fit as the C5Z06 headers.

On my C5 Z I put them on in the garage without a hitch, can you do the same with the C6Z06 headers?

Don't even have my new Z yet and already thinking about headers, I just can't wait

Our headers are 1 3/4" but the inlet is swedged larger to match the port. The Z06 system comes complete in 304 stainless and includes 3" Metal substrait cats, 3" X pipe and full 3" pipes to connect to your stock Z06 mufflers.

I have had no problems with the headers on my car with no tune. I am sure that we will pick up some significant numbers with a tune in a few weeks.

Lou also stated that the headers drop right in.............................but I am sure he will comment on this............

My Z06 is coming this month hopefully, I ordered the LG headers and pipe package that's suppose to replace the front 2/3 of the exhaust system. Was told everything would match right up, I'll post when the project is done.
