How do you install the Tune..? Can you go to the GM service center or this a do-it-yourself thing..?
I want in on this if it is true...
How is yours different from the others that have the tunes out..?
This is awesome can you get the F-1 instead of the LS900 or which ever one is better..

Nice numbers Jim - looks like you shipped out one of your race filters to me today! I will be contacting you shortly regarding the "email" tune - great methodology!

Ok I am just a little confused ..
Sorry, but I was looking at both filters on the site. I remeber a comparison somewhere before (not sure where I saw it). Which of these was the one that ended up testing better..?
I read both things in the website Jim but I am unsure which to get..
The Tune is another issue to address on how to get it installed. Which of these filters is the better bet..
Thank you..

questions
I have a bunch of questions about your claimed hp gains.
1. on your site it is listed under C5 corvettes Why?
2. can you show dyno charts?
3. why do you get 2 different filters?
4. why do i need to send you my "stock" LS7 ecm program?
5. If my motor is "stock" Why can't you just send me the new program?
6. exactly what does this replace on my "stock" 2006 Z06 to get these power gains?
sorry about being so sceptical but a lot of people claim great gains but they can not produce. your claiming a 60 hp gain by changing a air filter and tune. Thats hard to believe.
If true I will be one of the first to buy.

I'm guessing on the tune they need your file to make changes to so it has your vin and vats info in it, and the car will start once it's loaded.
No idea why you get two different filters.

One filter is probably just supplemental to be used when drag racing.

Ok so you need 2 filters.. So do you just get someone to take out the ECM and then when you get it back its set with the new program.. How does this tune and filter give so much HP..? Most Tunes and Intakes are only getting 30-40 hp..
I'll be waiting for that info..

Once you purchase the Single License from us, we send you the LS7Edit Hardware, software CD, and full tech support. You get our Ultra High Flow F1P30Z FoamiComb RACE Filter, our LS900 PowerCore Filter, and two separate programs. One for the track, one for street performance. The only difference between the two programs is MAF trims that bring the closed loop stoich trims back into parity with the O2sensors.
We also dial in the type of fuel you use, including the Octane rating available. All programs have been developed on the dyno, and with the TECH 2 diagnostic tool during street testing. Dyno tuning is simply not necessary, unless you have gone into the heads and cam. It is definately a must then.
The cool thing about this program, is you are in control. You OWN the LS7Edit programming tools, and you do the uploading of your stock flash file directly to your computer. You simply email that file to Halltech, and we send back two new programming flash files. After you download the appropriate file for the filter you are using, (Stock and LS900 take the same flash file), your Z06 is ready to rock!
We highly recommend LG Headers in addition to our package for the ulitmate bolt on package.

This is the way we do it when the Z06s are at Halltech. We have done 35 Z06s thus far, and have complete confidence in our ability to bring out the best in the PCM. Here is one testimonial:

I still don't understand why there is TWO filters? And what makes Halltech better than the other tunes at much less? For a lot less money I can see results on the Dyno (included). With Halltech I have to take your word for the results or put out another $150 for a dyno appoint.
BTW, how much is for the filters?
