New Black Crome Pix from BC
Just got the Z out of storage and had the Stoptech BBK installed...haven't washed the car yet but here are some pix...the wheels were done by a local firm, painted them what they call Black Chrome

Your car looks terrific! I have the same color. Would't change it for the world. I am thinking of upgrading to the Stoptech brake package. Did you see any difference from stock? I don't track the car, I have Hawk Ceramic pads, ss lines, and G2 spindle brake ducts. Do you see and feel a difference with the rotor and caliper upgrade. Thanks.

I have only driven it yesterday with the new brakes installed...first track day is April 27th when I think I will really get a feel for them. Intial feel is of a much harder brake pedal (which I like!), and more modulation or control as you brake...less of an on/off switch. Trail braking should be much better.
I went to this system mostly for the ease of changing pads and the amount of pads available for the car. The weight savings is a big bonus.
If you aren't tracking the car I would say save your money, maybe look at racing brake's new bolts you can switch pads a lot easier without so much work...they also offer 2 pieve rotors that work with the Z06 caliper.
