Think i found the prime suspect!
Thanks to some of the forum members mentioning thier O2 harness being burnt by sloppy aftermarket header installs i decided to check mine, big clue was the car sometimes would have a rough idle when warming up to temperature.
Found a 2 cut pieces of wire in my O2 sensor extension. Ordered a new one, will install next week..

Fixed.
Fixed the issue,
The problem was as i posted above with the sliced O2 wire, and because it shorted out the o2 fuse was blown too. Replaced the o2 sensor extension with a new one, problem solved for me.
Note: this issue likely only applies to having aftermarket exhaust headers. Then had to take the car to a shop to reset the DIC service message.
