CHE Trunion upgrade question
So I recently purchased an 08 Z. It has the comp cams Trunions in it now. Or at least that’s what I can tell. After hearing some of the stories of those failing. I decided it was cheap insurance to purchase the CHE ones.
So my question is. Can I just one for one swap these.
Like remove the valve cover remove rocker 1 and replace Trunion replace and just move down the line?
Thanks.

Remove the old trunnions. Inspect for wear or damage, as can happen when pressing bearing in/out, replace with new $16 bodies if needed, and yes, move down the line installing the new rockers. Make sure the cam is on it's base circle so you aren't removing a rocker with a compressed spring. Might be good to let the newly bushed rockers soak in engine oil before installation. CHE is a good choice. If I had to do it again I would probably go with the Manton bushing kits, more surface area, stronger trunnion material, and Manton quality.
