They have done my work and I've never had a problem. Jason is well known as one of the best tuners in the country.

DJ'sZ had his cams and tuning done by Jason at MTI. He had nothing but positive things to say about them yesterday when I was talking to him about it. I'm sure he'll post up on this thread pretty soon....

I've had a lot of work done there at MTI and I agree, the owner Jason is a GREAT tuner. Right now he has hired someone else to take over the tuning, so that he can focus on other aspects of his business. He is a young guy and seems to know his stuff, but I can't say for sure just how good his tunes are.

That's a great bunch of guys that have always broken new ground since the very early days of the LS based engines. They can scratch any horsepower itch that you have.

Yep, Ven's right. I've been dealing with Jayson and his crew since late '99 up till today. They've done alot of work for me over the years and yes MTI is the 'only' place I trust with my pride and joy. Alot of it is because of good friendships we've had over the years. I consider Jayson, Chris, David and Robert friends and can stop by and shoot the sh** with them anytime I want. Plus it helps they turn out good work with proven results...

Jayson's been doing this a very long time, and did alot of ground-breaking things with all things LSx. He's very sharp and has spent tons of money on R&D over the years for all the LSx based engines. He knows what works and what's 'snake oil' in the performance end of our little hot rods...

Plain and simple I wouldn't trust anyone else although I know there are other very capable shops that turn out great work...but I live outside of Houston so it's a pretty easy choice for me. Good luck...

I hate to be the only person with negative comments, but their attention to detail with their mechanics was poor at best when they installed my supercharger. I live about 120 miles away and had to return there for rework several times. That's the facts, they acknowleded it. Jayson is a very good tuner and like an earlier post stated Jayson was was of the earlier pioneers of LSx aftermarket high performance engine development and tuning. They have a good "core group" of people at MTI, but on my build they missed a lot of details and consistantly ran way behind on delivery. From the words of people posting, it sounds like they may have gotten their act together. Good Luck with Your Car

I had my ATI ProCharger D1 installed by them and I have not had one issue with the work that they did.

Jayson is one of the best tuners around and I will only take my cars to him.

How much power did your car put out with the supercharger? And did they put bigger injector, and how is the fuel consumption?

I put a Procharger D1, I installed it. They tuned it, Jayson is a very good tuner. I am very happy about the money I spent there.

I have a bad experience.

TRYING TO KEEP FROM GOING TO COURT IF THEY WOULD PAY ME THE $2500 IN PARTS THEY HAVE OWED ME FOR TWO YEARS AND FAILED TO PUT ON MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOUR PHONES ARE RINGING, THAT'S MY LAWYER CALLING!!!!

I have already had to rebuild the shotty motor they put in my car, replace several turbos, I didnt even have one side of my exhaust bolted to the frame. This story is too long to repeat, do a search, you'll find plenty of info.

i dont have any personal experience with MTI, but had a friend who was going to have them do some work (LT's/bolt ons) and they had a dont give a **** attitude with him so he went elsewere for his performance needs. maybe they were very busy at the time but thats no excuse in my book

Default Henderson Performance Technologies

I have heard only positive things about Henderson Performance Technologies in New Braunfels. Several local friends here in Austin have recommended Cory Henderson (the owner).

Personally, I prefer a shop that specializes in Forced Induction and has boost & afr logging on your dyno printout sheet...that does not guarantee the tuner is the best, but at least shows the shop has a commitment to FI and has invested in it for their customers

I had MTI install some boltons on my c6 z51 with no problems and put about 3,000 miles a month on my car. When I had my 350Z I had a lot of work done at http://www.sgpracing.com/ 281-444-9195
Houston, TX. Talk to Mark over there, they have done a TT job on a vet. VERY good group of guy at SGP they have cars shipped from all over the states to get work done. Please give them a call and good luck on your mods
