I've seen so many supercharged cars with simliar power beat turbo/twin turbo cars because of lag. If your car makes as much power as mine and you give me the leave and don't get on the gas for a split second after every shift, your not going to win PERIOD
all depends on the turbo sizing also i guarantee if you use the right size turbos that supercharger will be out gunned.ive been around alot of turbo cars and alot of the high horsepower cars are using the wrong turbo size.most people just buy turbo kits and d really don't match the turbo to their specific set up. there are endless combination of housings, trims, wheels and modifications of housings and wheels ect that can be used to vertually eliminate lag and create the disired horsepower. but most people go with the big turbo to create big horsepower and big lag . example most supras and hondas.

You never answered me, have you considered both? You can have turbos and a supercharger on the same car If you want sick HP, thats the way to go.

There are only three supercharged cars in the top 25 Ranking List for Forced Induction on LS1tech.com. TT definetely sound wicked at WOT, but the F1C sounds absolutely incredible at idle.

I heard turbos are really intrusive on a vehicle, thats what has me thinkin twice. I dont know whether I would want to deal with a procharger, and a turbo at the same time. problem wise, when ever they do arise, if ever.

True, breaking 1000rwhp you are going to have problems regardless

With a car looking that nice your next mod needs to be one of those concealed radar detectors. That ugly cord just messes it all up

back on topic, 1000 rwhp procharged stick vs 1000 rwhp TT stick. My money is on the procharged car everytime. vindication I'm not talking about RPM dependent lag, I'm talking about the time it takes for the turbos to spool when floored in the correct rpm band. Even if its a split second on the hit and a split second after every shift. They add up and the procharged car will be faster.
If a Girl Scout is driving
Ever hear of power shifting. Keep in nailed and rip gears = No loss in boost.

Well i think you would defintely want to dial down the boost. Or just leave it as is and put a single turbo on the setup. Add in another 200horses or so. Heat shouldn't be a huge issue.

Its better to just stick to one. A turbo and charger would be way to intrusive to the engine. its not worth it
