Rears are the same as the Z06. Gene Culley can probably help you with the fronts in a few months....

The rears are the same and the FRONT are a tad wider.
Thats what I read somewhere....but...they should bolt-on.

OH no.....not a ZR1 fenders!

Me personally the C6 Z06 rears or complete modification with power to back it up its ok for your C6 but,a ZR-1?!?! we are talking a huge difference, HUGE!

I mean I did mine(C6 Z06 modification w/power to back the look up) but, I feel the ZR-1 is just a completly different category.

Thats my opinion on it....

Everybody has their own preference, and I don't want to ruffle anyone's feathers but this is exactly why I didn't buy a New Z06, and went with a viper. Every time I see a C5 coupe with the drilled brake ducks and Z06 badges, I just shake my head, now people are going to copy the ZR1, right down to the window in the hood

not me, i will do a zrl converison, i just want wide front fenders because they look cool and they look like a change from the z06 fenders that look very similar to the stock c6 fenders

Yeah I kind of agree, its a huge commitment to back up the zr1 body converstion with its power and racing ability. However, no-one will know unless you are actually racing someone that will beat you. All you need are the basics, header/cam with exhaust...Cruising down midtown in Houston, having all those porsche and farrari gays eyeballing you, now thats enough for me.

I also hate the fact that panels are interchangeable on the Vette. I am really sick of fake ZO6's, big time. I hope I never see a fake ZR1.

I actually plan on keeping my vette with wide quarter panels, not the front conversion. This is only my starter car.

WCC sells all the panels in the front clip including hood.I do like those fenders.

Just mosey over to C6 Gen.,there's threads posted on a daily basis of someone doing the conversion......and the "WIDEBOOTY" is even more rampant,as it's much cheaper to do.

I can assure you,when reproduction ZR-1 bits become available, it will be the new rage. I mean,if you're going to copy something,might as well copy the top dog.

Maybe some one that wants the fenders wants them just so larger tires and wheels like those on the ZR1 will fit.......for what ever reason......racing/looks/handling/whatever ......not to copy the ZR1

I've sold a few sets of ZR1 fenders and all out there. The knock-off ZR1's are already out there.

Not to ruffle your feathers but it would seem you buy a car for attention and want to stand out from others. I can see buying a Viper because you like the looks (I owned an 06) but I alo buy for performance and price first. I can care less if every car on the road was a ZR1. I buy my cars for the driving experience, not how many other people have one. Really mean no offense, I understand.
