Hello, i'm pretty new to the corvette world and wanted to give it a shot. I'm going to test drive a 2006 Z06 tomorrow. Do anyone here have any advice know what to lookout for?

Sold my 996TT and looking for something else. Doesn't have to be a daily driver.

I'm considering the following cars..
1. Brand new 08 or 09 ZO6?
2. Benz C63 AMG
3. E90 M3
4. 997 GT3 if not rip off priced.
5. GT-R but probably as hard to get as the ZR1

You can get incredible deals on 08 and 09 Z06's. I would consider them before the 06.

You'll get a brand new car, with full warranty for not very much more than the used 06....

A for instance, =========> $10,000 off a 2008 2LZ Z06

We ordered a loaded Z06 2009 build number MWCDWK: $12.000 off msrp.
So that means an additional $1.000 off in Calif sales taxes and several hundred more off in registration fees.
Go new, it's a buyers market, take advantage.

Thanks for everyone's advice. There is still a bit of price difference? I have a hard time keeping any car for more than one year and hate taking the depreciation hit on the first year.

My question now is what is revised from 06-09? Suspension in 07 correct? Any other major changes?

Why such discounts all the sudden. Gas pricing or new model?
