All Z06's take the PF48, so yes, you can use the UPF48R. This is all year Z06's (C6).

Question for Gene Culley: UPF48R Oil Filter
Gene Culley,
I have a 2008 LS3 and would like to use this upgraded UPF48R oil filter in place of the standard PF48 oil filter. It is my understanding that the
UPF48R is a direct replacement for any vehicle that uses a PF48 as standard equipment. I trust that the thread size and diameter is exactly the same as the PF48 (please verify). Also, I believe that the PF48 filter has a bypasss valve inside the filter instead of integrated in the vehicle. Do these UPF48R oil filters have this bypass valve as well? It is quite visible if you look inside the oil filter. I want to be careful when I deviate from the specified oil filter. I am sure that you understand.
