2008 Updates to C6R Replica DONE! Pics inside...
I decided to make the leap from the 2005 #4 C6R graphics to the 2008 #3 C6R. Reasons were... umm... why not? haha I like Johnny O and Ron Fellows much better than the #3 crew anyway.
Updates included stripes, new driver names, new door logos, new 2008 Compuware logos, painted rockers w/ new stickers, painted rear end with stickers, powdercoated wheels, black headlights, and some minor odds and ends.
The first pic is of the actual #3 car at Mid Ohio this year. The rest are just preliminary pics of mine that I took today to get something for people to look at. I'll have it shot later for some better quality photos.

Nice...thats a whole lot of replicating there. Looks gewt. I bet people stare at you like you're crazy when you drive that thing on the street lol.
Heck, you've even got lexan supports vinyl'd onto that monster! No Vortech stickers on the original though lol...probably because they aren't vortech'd

That is just incredible! Did GM/Corvette Racing help you get any of the decals? Either way, that is a whole lot of work and I congratulate you on a job extremely well done!

I had to do the Vortech logos per my contract with them, they sponsored the blower there was an advertising requirement, but I think I can live with that minor discrepancy! haha

Thanks for all the kudos guys! It should hit magazines soon. I sent out the email to a photographer Ive worked with with magazines before and I'll let you know which ones when I get it shot.
