UAE Z06ers, where to buy Micheline PS2/ Nitto Invo ?

i couldn't find micheline PS2 for the Z (275/35/18 & 345/30/19) anywhere in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. i did not search for Nittos. where can these tires be found in UAE?

mashallah you guys are quick, how about exhaustS? I asked intraco and effectivation, no one has any exhaust for the Z06, any idea where to look?

I need to change my tires too. My Z06 has done Kms 15,000, is it ok to just change the rears or it is better to change all four? The fronts are sticking well but the rears are playing ballerina.
